Artisan quality

Each jar of Volponi honey is made using a cold process; extraction is done by centrifugation, decanting is done completely naturally, and it is not pasteurized. This guarantees the preservation of all the enzymes, vitamins, and aromas, creating a product with a true and unmistakable flavor.

Environmental sustainability

Respect for the environment is at the heart of our work. We use low-impact materials, minimize plastic, and promote local biodiversity. Our bees live in natural, pristine habitats, far from intensive, pesticide-laden crops, to produce pure, authentic honey.
