Fasi di lavorazione del miele

Honey processing stages

The honey processing stages are delicate and aimed at preserving its quality and properties. After the frames are collected, the process of uncapping occurs, which involves removing the waxy layer that seals the cells.

Honey extraction is then carried out using a centrifuge, which separates the honey from the combs without damaging them. The extracted honey is filtered and left to rest in ripening tanks to eliminate air bubbles and natural residues.

Finally, the honey is bottled. Throughout the entire process, it's essential to avoid overheating and invasive treatments that could alter the honey's properties.

Careful processing guarantees a genuine product, rich in aromas and original characteristics.
